Northeast Map Livability
> Click here for COMMENT MAP and give us your thoughts about transportation in your community.

District Department of Transportation (DDOT) has initiated the Far Northeast Livability Study because it is important to assess automobile, bicycle, and pedestrian systems, how they operate for residents and visitors, and their projected (and proposed) levels of use. The study will investigate what actions DDOT and other District agencies can take to

  • improve and proactively manage transportation resources;
  • promote safe access and travel to, through and within the area for all modes of travel; and,
  • ensure that transportation contributes to existing neighborhood assets and goals.
