Northeast Map Livability

The Far Northeast Livability Study Area is located in the District of Columbia’s Ward 7
and its limits are:

  • Eastern Avenue to the north
  • East Capitol Street to the south
  • Anacostia River to the west
  • Southern Avenue to the east

The study encompasses or is adjacent to Advisory Neighborhood Commissions 7A,
7C, 7D and 7E.

These are some of the neighborhoods in study area:
  • Benning
  • Benning Heights
  • Burrville
  • Capitol View
  • Deanwood
  • Dupont Park
  • Eastland Gardens
  • Fairmont Heights
  • Grant Park
  • Greenway
  • Kennilworth Mayfair
